La organización de la WordCamp Cantabria 2015 te invita a que ayudes como voluntario el día del evento.

Con 200 asistentes, estamos seguros que necesitaremos ayuda durante el evento para mantenerlo todo bajo control.

Ser voluntario es más que echar una mano, es preocuparse porque el evento salga perfecto, es preocuparse porque haya ambiente de Comunidad y porque las cosas se hagan bien. Nos gustaría que nuestros voluntarios cumplan con el código de conducta establecido y sean comprometidos.

Como voluntario, entenderás la WordCamp desde el punto de vista de la organización y aprenderás un montón sobre cómo funcionan este tipo de eventos.

Algunas cosas que necesitaremos de los voluntarios serán:

Cosas generales

• Mesa de registro
• Acreditaciones y reparto de camisetas
• Logística general
• Avituallamiento
• Preparar comidas y cafés
• Sombras para los ponentes

En las salas

• Mic-runners.
• Controladores de sala para tiempos.
• Ayuda en la grabación

Aunque no tenemos un número exacto de voluntarios, queremos que sepas que las plazas son limitadas, así que si estás dispuesto a ayudarnos con alguna de estas cosas anímate y envía tu propuesta.

The organization of WordCamp Cantabria 2015 invites you to help as a volunteer the day of the event.

With 200 attendees, we are sure that we will need help during the event to keep everything under control.

Volunteering is more than lend a hand, is being concerned that the event will be perfect, is worrying about the atmosphere of Community and for things to be done right. We would like our volunteers to abide by the code of conduct (Spanish version) established and to be committed.
As a volunteer, you will understand the WordCamp from the point of view of the organization and learn a lot about how these events work.

Some things we will need from the volunteers:

General things

• Table record
• Accreditations and distribution of t-shirts
• Logistics in general
• Provisioning
• Prepare meals and coffees
• Shadows for the speakers

In the halls

• Mic-runners.
• Room controllers for times.
• Help Recording

Although we don’t have an exact number of volunteers, we want you to know that places are limited, so if you are willing to help with any of these things go ahead and submit your proposal.
