No mostraremos el diseño aún para mantener la intriga, pero sí os adelantamos que todas tendrán la siguiente información:
- Información del asistente:
- Nombre y primer apellido.
- Usuario de Twitter.
- Avatar o foto.
- Información del evento:
- Programa.
- Mapa con localización.
- Otras informaciones.
Estamos seguros de que las acreditaciones son una parte fundamental para el buen desarrollo del evento y, como tal, deben estar lo más completas y mejor diseñadas posible.
En nuestro caso queremos que, además, sean un bonito recuerdo de un evento que será mágico. Por ello, queremos que todos tengáis vuestra acreditación perfectamente personalizada; así que, por favor, rellenad los datos correctamente antes del día 25 de Octubre, que es cuando recogeremos y realizaremos el volcado de información a las acreditaciones para llevarlas a imprimir.

¿Cómo se si he rellenado la información correctamente?
Fácil, dirígete a la página de asistentes y búscate; los datos que figuren sobre tí son los que verás en la acreditación.
¿Cómo puedo rellenar los datos?
Cuando adquiriste tu entrada o ticket, te llegó un correo electrónico de confirmación; en dicho correo hay un enlace para este fin. Piensa que la información nos es útil para rellenar adecuadamente la acreditación, pero no es indispensable. Entendemos que habrá gente que no querrá que aparezca su foto, su nombre, o cualquier otra información. No te preocupes, lo que aparezca en ese formulario es lo que tendrás en tu acreditación.
Ya he rellenado mis datos, pero no sale mi foto en la página de asistentes
El sistema que utilizamos para los avatares es GRAVATAR; un sistema de reconocimiento global de avatares (Globally Recognized Avatar) o, lo que es lo mismo, un sistema que se encarga de asociar tu cuenta de correo electrónico a una imagen.
En este caso, deberás utilizar dicho servicio para asociar la cuenta de correo electrónico con la que compraste tu entrada a un avatar o imagen, que es la que aparecerá en la página de asistentes.
¿Qué pasa si no relleno mis datos?
Absolutamente nada. Hemos preparado las acreditaciones para que sean compatibles y flexibles con aquellos que son más escrupulosos con su privacidad o prefieren no mostrar su perfil de Twitter o nombre reales.
Si hay algo que no quieras mostrar basta con dejarlo vacío. Te recomendamos que el nombre y primer apellido sean reales o representativos, ya que tendrás que hacer el registro o check-in con ellos.
Y, como digo, no te preocupes por no tener perfil de Twitter o Avatar, el espacio aparecerá vacío o con un avatar por defecto respectivamente.
Recuerda, el día 25 extraeremos la información, ¡preocúpate de tenerlo actualizado!
Among the many surprises that await our assistants are custom accreditations.
We won’t show the design yet to maintain the intrigue, but we can anticipate that all of them will have the following information:
- Information about the attendant:
- Name and last name.
- Twitter User.
- Avatar or photo.

We are confident that the accreditations are a critical part for the good development of the event and, as such, must be as complete and better designed as possible.
In our case we want them to also be a nice memory of an event that will be magical. Therefore, we want all of you to have your perfectly customized accreditation; so, please fill in the data correctly before October 25 , which is when we will collect and dump the information of the accreditations to be printed.

How do I know if I have filled in the information correctly?
Easy, go to attendees page and find yourself; the data contained about you are the ones you’ll see on the accreditation.
How can I fill in the details?
When you purchased your ticket, you got a confirmation email; in that email is a link for this purpose. The information is useful to adequately fill the accreditation, but is not essential. We understand that some people will not want their photo, their name, or any other information to appear. Do not worry, what appears on this form is what you’ll have in your accreditation.
I’ve already filled my data but my picture doesn’t appear on the attendees page
The system we use is GRAVATAR ; a system of global recognition of avatars (Globally Recognized Avatar), or what is the same, a system that handles linking your email account to an image.
In this case, you must use the service to associate the email account with which you bought your ticket to an avatar or image, which is what appears in the attendees page.
What happens if I do not fill my data?
Absolutely nothing. We have prepared the accreditations to be compatible and flexible with those who are more scrupulous about their privacy or prefer not to show their Twitter profile or real name.
If there is something you do not want to show just left it empty. We recommend that the name and surname are real or representative, because you have to do the registration or check-in with them.
And, as I say, do not worry about not having Twitter profile or avatar, the space will appear empty or a default avatar respectively.
Remember, on October 25 we will extract the information, Worry about having it updated!
